Since 2002, ARC has produced successful compensation & benefit surveys for the multinational and Iranian private sector community based on GGS methodology. Our survey participation has grown over the years from 18 companies in 2002 to 88companies in 2018. The number of job positions and incumbents has also increased from 40 to more than 517 jobs and from 500 to almost 40,000 incumbents data.
