Performance Appraisal

A performance appraisal system is a tool which allows companies to align goals with employee performance and development. If designed, utilized and implemented well, it can be beneficial to a company and enhances company’s performance management system or if not, it can severely harm a company.

ARC has worked on many performance appraisal projects, from designing and implementation to training, as follows:

Working with companies to design and implement a unified performance based culture, throughout the company, in line with the company’s culture, goals and values;
Defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);
Designing and implementing a performance appraisal system;
