Amir has been with ARC since 2005, where he joined as an Associate Director, then Director and Deputy Managing Director and now holds the position of Managing Director. He has been instrumental in developing the HR knowledge base in Iran and has worked on numerous projects designing and implementing HR solutions and systems.
With his ARC colleagues, he has developed the Iran Annual Compensation and Benefits Survey, growing in participant numbers and new products each year. As a trainer and coach, he has designed and delivered numerous training programs and workshops for multinational and Iranian private companies. His main area of interest in training is communication skills and leadership development.
In order to provide good services to our clients, Amir ensures he is up to date on latest HR issues and continues his professional development. He has been trained by Towers Watson and TymWork (Swiss) on remuneration, Cegos (France) and Oakwood International (UK) on train the trainer and management skills. He is a certified coach by Denkerfolg Intercultural (Germany), a certified trainer from William Glasser institute-Iran for lead management, and a certified trainer from HSM Associates (defensive driving). Amir is also a member of Asian Productivity Organization (APO).
Amir received his Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering (1989-1993) from Islamic Azad University (IAU), Tehran branch. Amir’s career started in the UK where he worked as a Production Lead in a well known British company active in food industry (1998-2000). He then returned to Iran as a Production Manager in one of the leading Iranian companies, manufacturing instrumentations for heavy industries. Realising Management and HR challenges as more interesting, Amir completed an intensive vocational program in Business Management (2002-2005) and so his career in HR and Management followed. In this regard, Amir got his Master's in Counseling and Guidance (2011-2013) from Islamic Azad University (IAU), Science and Research branch.
